If you are not satisfied, we are happy to help you with the following options.
Food Items Defective/damaged food items (ex. spices, extracts, etc.) may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. Creole Vibe Spice will be responsible for shipping in case of seller error. We cannot accept any returns on non defective/damaged food items once the outside shipping box has been opened due to health and safety concerns.

Non-Food Merchandise We are happy to accept returns and exchanges of new and unused non-food merchandise (ex. kitchenware, spice jars, kitchen supplies, etc.) within 30 days of the original purchase.
Packaging must be in resealable condition, the original manufacturer’s seal must be intact, and the original receipt/proof of purchase is required. If the product shows any evidence of prior use/alteration, Creole Vibe Caribbean Spice may refuse to accept the return/exchange. Return/exchange shipping for non-food merchandise will be paid by the customer.
